Fat-soluble dyes are ideal for dyeing:

• Chocolate
• Icing
• Cocoa oil
• Fat cream

They have bright, saturated colors and are economical to use.

To get the desired color of the dye, you can mix it with each other.

Can be diluted in cocoa oil before use. If you use them for fat-based creams, just add them to the cream when whipping.
